ICSID, The World Bank: Global Communications Strategy

Project Challenge: To reexamine the overall communications program of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Dispute (ICSID) with the aim of improving its effectiveness in meeting the informational needs of its various stakeholders.

Strategy: We developed a global communications strategy and outreach program to improve the organization's operational effectiveness, communications infrastructure and information management.
