MIT Sloan School of Management
Leadership Training Program
When the MIT Sloan School of Management expanded its course offerings on Leadership in its world-renowned MBA program, it developed a unique model for communicating the key capabilities of leadership. Spectrum Media created three videos for Sloan's orientation program to help illuminate this model. We interviewed several corporate leaders among Sloan's alumni, who shared their insights on management problems, ethical dilemmas and how leadership has changed in the 21st century's global economy.
